Johanna Glauber

I research organizational design and structure. More specifically, I aim to understand how firms’ structural design choices relate to their sustainability performance – performance in alignment with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), such as environmental performance and safe products. My research bridges research on corporate strategy and organization design with research on corporate sustainability. 

Before joining IE, I did my PhD at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. My background is in industrial engineering with a MSc and BSc from TU Munich.
